Dear Ron ,

I would be happy if you could use Khullar System in

identification of mentally challenged students and

intelligent/ scholar students from their

birth-charts.In all, I have received 40(nos)

birth-charts together with date of birth, time and

place of birth (Long. & Lat) from Prof. Kunte of the

Dept.of Statistics, Pune University, Pune. I would be

glad to send the matter in English as the details are

in Marathi for your assessment. Since action speaks

louder than words, let Khullar System prove its

accuracy or mettle in predictive astrology.

By the way,my question to the members of the Forum

is:Do we really need this devastating 100% accuracy in

predictions ? Firstly, such accuracy is just not

possible and secondly even IF it is possible it is

neither required nor desirable. If we were really to

know all about what is lined up in future for us life

would be a hell and certainly not worth living as most

of us would either go crazy or commit suicide!

May be, astrology is a myth but like religion it has

its uses and misuses too ! Also, let us not overlook

the fact, that today a new religion called Science is

fast emerging or has already emerged for its followers

born with scientific temper !. More about it some

other time.

Kindly let me know if you would be interested to take

the test as detailed in the attached file so that I

can do the needful.

With Kind regards,

VB Deshmukh

Hi VB,

I do not consider that this is a reasonable test of an

astrological system. Who is mentally challenged is a very

subjective subject. I have a son who might have been considered

mentally challenged. He was totally hopeless in school, his

reports were always sub standard, and even now at age 37 he has

never read a book in his life.

My wife and I despaired of him ever even getting a job. In

desperation she managed to get him unpaid employement with

contacts she had through work. To cut a long story short

within two years our son was earning three times the average

annual income at age 19, and has gone on to become one of the

best known and highly paid people in the video editing business

in Australia. He is even called on by the USA manufacturers of

very expensive software to demonstrate for them at the annual

trade fair in the USA in preference to their own employees, as he

finds better ways to use their software than even those who have

produced it.

If you or any other members would like to provide personal data

where there is no doubt about the approximate time of birth, and

provide data of family members, also a number of genuine events

that have happened, but leaving one out. Then provide the date

for that event and say four alternative events to include the

actual event itself I will be quite happy to demonstrate the

efficacy of the Khullar system.

This is the sort of tangible test that really can be tested.

Unfortunately, the one you sugges is totally impractical because

apart from the subject being very subjective, there is no data

provided which is necessary to get a correct rectification.

Dear Ron,

I am afraid I will not be able to provide the required

details for birth-chart rectification. In the

circumstances it will not be possible to test the

Khullar System. I am sorry I tried to drag you in this

test business without knowing anything about the

Khullar System.

Thanks & regds,

VB
