This is just an effort [ and not a verdict ] to explain the lines:

 

shani khana 9 ko 3 se dushman grah dekhtaa ho aur udhar makan ki

andhere

ki pichhali deewar tod kar roshni ho jave - to khulne ke pahale saal

pichhali tarf ke makan mein se naye nikale darwaje ya taki ki taraf

se

teesara makan barbad aur tabah hoga

 

phir teesare saal naye darwaje nikaalne wala ghar be-aabad hoga.

 

Analysis step one : given facts

 

[ 1 ] Thakur saheb has very rightly said that any opening for the sun

light into a dark kothari will bring the Sun and the Saturn into

conflict.

 

[ 2 ] I have already said that the rear house/ kothari will be

khana# 6

 

Analysis step two : inference

 

[ a ] A saturn which is already under duress through the aspect of an

enemy planet from the 3rd could get billegerent after the intrusion

of

the Sun into it's domain [ andheri kothari]. The Saturn could get

hostile.

 

[ b ] Since the khana #6 is already under the aspect of the Saturn

from

the 9th, the effect of the Saturn turned hostile would get carried

to

this house also.*

 

Analysis step three : examining the statements

 

[ A ] to khulne ke pahale saal pichhali tarf ke makan mein se naye

nikale darwaje ya taki ki taraf se teesara makan barbad aur tabah

hoga.

 

If the door / window is opened towards khana # 7 then the third house

will be khana # 9. This third house will get 'tabah aur barbad'

because

the Saturn itself is placed there.

 

If the door/window is opened towards khana # 5 then the third house

will

be khana # 3 which is already occupied by an enemy of Saturn and is

also

under the aspect of the Saturn. The house once again will get 'tabaah

aur barbad'.*

 

[ B ] phir teesare saal naye darwaje nikaalne wala ghar be-aabad

hoga.

 

Since the influence of Saturn lasts in a sign for two and a half

year.

Therefore it would take two and a half year for the effects of

Saturn to

be completed. It appears that Pandit ji rounded it off to three

years.

It is within these three years even the house where an opening for

the

sun was made would face the impact of the saturn.*

 

Analysis step four : Unresolved question

 

Why do the neibhouring third houses get ' barbaad' within the first

year of the opening and why it takes the house where an opening is

made

three years to get 'be-aabad'

 

Further enquiry needed to find an answer to the above question.

 

* I have used the Vedic aspect system in the portions marked with an

asterisk [*]. I believe that the Lal Kitab does make use of the

traditional vedic aspects also.
