as far as my knowledge is concerned

house no 5 is EAST PROPER

house no 11 is WEST PROPER

house no 6 is NORTH PROPER

house no 8 is SOUTH PROPER

house no 1 AND 4 are NORTH EAST

house no 7 and 3 are SOUTH EAST

house no are 2 and 10 NORTH WEST

house no 12 is SOUTH EAST

as u are a civil engineer and have studied variuos branches of

astrology;

please check if i am correct according to lalkitab.

is there any system that considers house no 1 as east proper and 7 as

west proper

is there any system that considers lagn = house no 1 as main entrance.

please remove my confusion because Shri Kondal Sahib explained to me a

method as to how to check the main gate of the house from the tewa;

which is totally different and need less to say as u know kondal

sahib; his formula fits in very well.

Dear Kulbir Ji, I try to explain the directions as per my small knowledgeYou can also have the same topic with image athttp://.blogspot.comDifferent type of theories are their regarding directions.

In vedic astrology the direction system is simple1st House- East7th House- West10th House - South4th House - NorthTurn clockwise east to south to west to north to east(1-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-)

house no 12-11 comes between East & amp; southhouse no 9-8 comes between South & amp; Westhouse No 6-5 comes betweem West & amp; northHouse no 3-2 comes betweem north & amp; EastBut in lalkitab The direction of house is governed as given in makan kundli

In lalkitab also different people take it individual way.Unique system in Lalkitab is that One more direction is added in it. that is Neutral direction of Centre of the House. Khana N0. 9 is unique. It is called the central Place (Brahma sathan as in Vastu).

The direction told by you is almost same as I understood except small changesHave a look at the diagram above. A house is believed to be made on a plot with boundary wall all around. These outer boundary walls are considered to be representing main directions as below

I. 5:- Eastern outer wallII. 11:- Wester Outer wall III. 6:- Northern Outer wallIV. 8:- Southern Outer wallV. 1:- Trapezium from East to North side cornerVI. 4: Trapezium from Centre to North to east Side corner

VII. 2:- Trapezium from Centre to North to west Side cornerVIII. 10:- Trapezium from Centre to West to North Side cornerIX. 7:- Trapezium from Centre to West to South side cornerX. 3:- Trapezium from Centre to South to west side corner

XI. 12: - Trapezium from Centre to East to South side corner.XII. 9:- Central Square/rectangular Portion of house.If we examine the above location carefully we will see that one trapezoidal portion is left which is not got earmarked for any direction. This portion exists between souths to east corner. Lie between 8th, 9th and 12th. House.

There is no system in Lalkitab which gives Khana No 1 as East and Khana No 7 as West.Regarding Main entry of the house, as far as my knowledge is concerned, there is no khana which governs the entry of the house. There is small reference where on can do the darusti by finding the posited planets related ashayiaan on left or right side side of while entering or exiting the house .

Nirmal ji thanks; it removed all doubts in my mind, just as allopathy, homeopathy and ayurveda have different principles; all cannot be applied to a single patient unless and untill the prescriber is master of all three fields; similarly i believe when we analyis kundali by lalkitab; onl;y the lalkitab principles should be strictly applied.
