Sumit,This is an excellent analysis. I am not sure if I agree with you 100% but your reasoning appears to be very sound. It is nice to get to the reasoning behind the remedial measures. The real challenge, however, (for you and all of us) is to come up with, based on this analysis, additinal "things to avoid" or symptoms of Mars 4 that would be applicable in the modern context. So, technically speaking, it means that the fire of Lava can burn the normal fire itself). This is what the characteristic of Mars of 4th house is. Now, comes the Upai Part. Panditji, suggests that one should wear Silver Bangle (or bracelet) to cool off Mars. Later he suggests that Bronze Nail (Tambe ki keel) would be more helpful as compared to Silver Bangle alone. Now, it is known that Silver is related to Moon. But, what type of Moon? If we consider the characteristics of Moon, then, Silver can be related to Water or Natural Water or River (Pani ka Darya), i.e., Drinkable Water (meetha pani – peene layak). And, if we compare "Silver bangle", with "Silver bangle with bronze nail", then, how is the bangle with

bronze nail different to that of normal silver bangle. Now, we know that bronze is of Sun. Now, we have to isolate as what is the significance of bronze in this entire episode. Bronze, here is take to be similar in significance as that of Salt (which is also of Sun). Now, if we add Salt in Water, then the characteristic of Moon changes from "Pani Ka Darya" to "Samandar Ka Paani" (we all know that sea water is saline). In this regard, applying the bronze nail means that now, we are not taking help of normal moon (Pani ka Darya), but, we are taking help from Salty Moon (Samandar Ka Paani). But, now, the question arises as why did Panditji say that Silver bangle with bronze nail is better than silver bangle without bronze nail??? The reason is quite scientific. We all know that the flow of Lava is stopped only by Water (Moon). Now, consider Lava flowing into Natural fresh water lake (Meetha Paani – without salt), the lava will go into that lake and the water will start evaporating thereby cooling the Lava. So, will happen in case of Lava flowing in Sea Water. But, the difference lies in "Salt" itself. It is proved that if we mix salt in water, the heat absorbing property of water is enhanced considerably and water can take more heat. Normal Water boil at 100 degrees and starts evaporating at 101 degrees. But, salty water boils at 101 degrees and evaporates at 102 degrees. Now, this happens because, the salt present in Water help it to absorb more heat and in addition of absorbing, it also helps in spreading heat throughout the water (dissipation of heat), which helps less evaporation and thereby saline water is much more efficient in case of Lava or volcano and this might be the reason

that Panditji said that bronze nail (tambe ki keel) would be better in silver bangle. Now, in Lal Kitab, there is a condition given, in which it says that if Mars is in 4th house, and if Moon is in 10th house, then that native does not have to worry about 4th house Mars as in this condition, the Mars stands Nullified. So, no upai is needed in this case. Respected Gurujans, this is what I think and believe is the logic behind the upai of silver bangle/bracelet. I will be greatly honoured if you would correct me if I am wrong as it will surely help me and all other group members to understand the basics that were followed by the respected Panditji in creating upais...
