guruji while browsing across the net i got tha following information

on a site astrojyoti.com they have printed the photo appearing on page

143 of 1939 edition and below it is an introduction. just read it for

urself.

The famous Lal Kitaab, meaning the red book, is an ancient Indian

treatise which expounds the predictive principles. It is written about

400 years ago, in old style Urdu without much punctuation and hence it

is not easy to grasp its meaning. The " Farmaans " of the book give

brief hints of destiny, in poetic verses with philosophic hidden

nuances. The name of the author is not known.

Kulbir Jee: I read this frivolous claim a few years ago. The originator of this myth is one Mr. Saurabh Kwatra who claims to be an IIT trained engineer and a professional astrologer. He advertises quite heavily in some newspaper web sites. . I corresponded with him a few years ago. He claims that he and his "Guru" are the only ones who have the original LalKitab (Per him, the LalKitabs we all have are "fakes".) When he claimed that Lal Kitab is written in "ancient Urdu" and is more than four hundred years old and that his copy was "certified" by the Government of India to be "authentic and four hundred years old" I knew then that he doesn't know what he is talking about. The fact is that there is no such things as "ancient" Urdu and the Urdu language is no more than 250 years old. Mr Kwatra must have received a pre-language release copy. I offered to

meet with him in New York (where he was supposed to be coming on some business trip) or in Delhi. He stopped responding to my Emails. Some people love to live in ignorance and they would go to any extent to justify it. Let it be. guruji despite all his claims, he has committed a grave mistake. the photo he displays is very much the same as appearing on page 143 0f 1939 edition. if (as per his claims) the copies in circulation are all fake; i wonder what does he has to say regarding this photo. i think for him ignorance is a bliss or he has some other ulterior motive. but what can we do about one who prefers to live in a fools paradise. kulbir bainsRajinder Bhatia <rajinderbhatia2002 wrote: Kulbir Jee: I read this frivolous claim a few years ago. Respected Bhatia Sahib and Kulbir jiI would like to share an interesting incident regarding the misconceptions about the revered Lal Kitab.About six months back my children informed me that a gentleman from Rajpura was delivering a lecture over Lal Kitab on a local cable TV channel and that he seems to be a knowledgeable guy. My kids also noted down his phone numbers. I immediately called that man, introduced myself as a student of Lal Kitab, and congratulated him for his wonderful speech. I then asked him about which version of the Lal Kitab he uses to study, to my surprise he immediately replied:"The 1894 wala edition.""1894 wala edition?" I asked."Yes" he replies confidently"Are you sure it is 1894 edition?" I asked once again."Yes Bhai Sahab, it is 1894 wali original Urdu-Farsi wali Kitab.""But sir, Lal Kitab was first published in 1939 only" I tried to convince him. "No sir, you are absolutely wrong; it was published in 1894." he replied confidently. "I would like to see that book sir, will you allow me to see it?" I requested."Why not, you are welcome anytime at my office." he agreed. After getting his permission I along with Shri Pradeep Sharma and Dr. Rana went to Rajpura to see the 1894 wala edition. We found a tall and lanky, a chain smoker (like truly yours) guy in his mid 50s attending some clients. He called us when he got free, and starts giving us lecture on Lal Kitab straightaway. We listened him patiently, and finally we expressed our desire to see that 1894 wali Urdu Farsi edition. But he flatly refused to show that mysterious book to us since his Guru prevented him to show to anyone. He also claimed that the revered Lal Kitab was not written by Pt Roop Chand Joshi ji rather Pt ji only had done its translation from Urdu Farsi. Now that was the limit, this time it was the turn of Sh. Pradeep Sharma ji to barrage, Sharma ji fired some rapid questions regarding the subject and authorship of the book. That guy unable to face Sharma jis onslaught immediately went defensive. He suddenly whispered in my ears: "Guru, too inhan sab chon syana banda laggda hain, is layi tainu dass rehan par kisey hor nu na dassin. Mere kol us kitab di Hindi traslation hai. eh Kitab Hare Krishna Trust waliyan ne chhappi see Arun Samhita de naam tey. "(You seems to be the most intelligent guy among all these, So I am telling you, dont disclose it to anyone, I have a Hindi translation of the Lal Kitab published by Hare Krishna Trust under the title of Arun Samhita).I could see the red faces of Shri Pradeep Sharma and Dr. Rana on his shameless confession. When asked why he is spreading misconceptions regarding the sacred Lal Kitab that man simply smiled at us, and start smoking another cigarette. Yograj Jee, Another "sad" one that you can see on the 'net (I don't remember the name of the site but you can google Lal Kitab and one of the sites has it.) They show a page from an Arabic geometry book showing the proof of Pythagorian theorem ("koThe wala" diagram that we all read in the tenth grade) and claim this to be a page from LalKitab. These are "professional" astrologers advertising their services on the 'net and trying to insult the intelligence of everyone. How much confidence will you have in their ability/honesty? Dear Kulbir Ji,

This sort of misconceptions are created because of one reason only and

that was- the books had been kept under custody of few persons, to

whom Pt. Roop Chand Joshi Ji, had given to make this science to

spread. But may be due to greed or some reason else , few of them had

kept it in deep lock and key. thus lot of rumors about this books

murmured amongst the people.

this directly or indirectly had helped making of some unscrupulous

LalKitab/RedBook Specialist to create this type of hype.

A few years back I am also have the impression that this book is

written in Persia. The hindi Books available in the markets are the

translation done by the good Samaritans, otherwise it is very

difficult to understand LalKitab in modern days. Had I not learned to

read Urdu, I may be under this impression for life long.

I have seen these LalKitab Specialist on TV. Have they ever tried to

even describe about the origin of book and in what language it is

written. "

I came to know that its xerox copy was sold at Rs. 15000 each. How a

poor man dare to read this book.

We the new generation are grateful the Prabhakar Ji, Bhatia ji,

Goswami Ji, who came forward to this cause, and the result is in front

of you.. The extinction process of this book is now checked. More and

more youngsters are coming to this field.

" Dhooyen ko jo Baadal hamaaray kuchh predecessors nay Khaday kiye

thay, ab dheeray dheeray chhat jaayengay " Sabhi Ulti seedhi Dharnayen

khud -b khud khatam ho jayengi- Aisa Mera Manana hai. "

Now Many professional Astrologers like Prabhakar Ji, Bhatia Ji, Umesh

Ji, LalKitabee Ji including many others who could not make it to

internet, have come forward to help the students in there studies. The

Original books are now distributed free of cost by Prabhakar Ji.

Lets Hope for the Best.
