Guest guest
Respected Gurujans and members I am very delighted to learn that that Shri Nirmal Bhardwaj ji has decided to initite the discussion on Lal Kitab ke farmaan-1939. Respected Members, I was instructed by Shri Bhardwaj ji to write an introductory note on 1939 edition to start the proceedings. So I have tried to write a brief note in this regard as per my little understanding. Pundit Roop Chand Joshi ji authored this very first edition of the revered Lal Kitab known as Lal Kitab ke Farmaan in the year 1939, it was published under the supervision of Lala Amrit Rai Puri - manager and proprietor of Ameer Mal Printing Press, Dharamshala District Kangra (now in Himachal Pradesh) and Pt. Girdhari Lal Sharma of village Pharwala of District Jalandhar (Punjab) was the publisher of this book. The book contains 384 pages and there are total 181 Farmaan in this edition. The price of the book is two rupees and two annas. This book primarily deals in Ilm-e-Saamudrik in general and palmistry in particular. Palmistry too is a part of Ilm-e-Saamudrik. A comprehensive astrological detail/study about different body parts i.e. palms, hands, feet, face, forehead, neck, lips, cheek, nose, ears, eyes, mouth, head, hair, thumbs, fingers, nails; each and every line and sign related to different planets on the palm, fingers and thumbs; their significance and results, placements of different planets, houses and Rashis on the palm is provided in this book. It is very important for those who wish to understand the concept of Rashi, Pakka Ghar, Grah-phal and Rashi-Phal to read and discuss this book carefully and regularly. I am looking forward the participation of every group member in this worthy discussion. With warmest regards Yograj Prabhakar
Guest guest
Respected Prabhakar Ji, We are grateful for such a illustrative introduction to the first book of the series of Lalkitabs. I would add that this is first time in the history of LalKitab discussion that members, knowing & reading Hindi book, are at par with the members, who read urdu books. This will be resulting to a very fruitful discussions as members will be refering same page and same line because these are same for both the books. I wish any member who donot own the Lalkitab Tranliteration got published By Pt. Goswami Ji from Sagar publications New Delhi may purchase it at earliest. Sh. Kulbir ji has given an offer,in another mail, for person living around chandigarh. Best wishes for fruitful discussions Regards Nirmal Kumar Bhardwaj , " Yograj Prabhakar " <yr_prabhakar wrote: > > Respected Gurujans and members > > I am very delighted to learn that that Shri Nirmal Bhardwaj ji has > decided to initite the discussion on Lal Kitab ke farmaan-1939. > Respected Members, I was instructed by Shri Bhardwaj ji to write an > introductory note on 1939 edition to start the proceedings. Guest guest
Respected Bhardwaj ji, A liitle correction - the 1939 edition was printed from Imperial Printing Press not Ameer Mal Printing Press. This flaw was pointed out by Sh. Rajinder Bhatia Ji. Wirg regards Yograj Prabhakar. --- Nirmal Kumar Bhardwaj <nirbhar wrote: > Respected Prabhakar Ji, > We are grateful for such a illustrative introduction > to the first > book of the series of Lalkitabs.
