kindly read this in context with the farmaans appearing in the earliar parts of LK. our ancient puranic texts say that there is one mahatatwa from which thriguna maya originates. then the content of self is developed in this trigun tatwa and it divides itself into five tanmatras. shabd, sparh, roop, ras and gandh. this further combine to give birth to the sharir. First the joti come down into anand and gets alieanated from mahatawa and gets itself engulfed into a CHAKKRA called anandmaye kosh.( kosh here means a purdah or chakkra) then it further desecends into vigayanmaye kosh (another chakkra).here buddhi develops and nirnaya shakti originates. then it further

desecends into manomayakosh and bhavas of ahankar, virodh, krodh, lobh and moh originate. Then it finally decsends to pranayamaye kosh which is this sharir or body. kulbir bains.
