Brihaspati is in 10th in you teva and su,ve,me are in 4th. the book says that when the sooraj is in 4th incase of brihaspati in 10th the neech effects of brihaspati get anuulled. That is why in my opinion your brihaspati is not giving any problem. The shukar in 4th also signify in this case as per the book, mitti ko bhee sona kar deve. But the 4th house planets in this case also give one the tendency to be involved in more than one woman,even in close relations, which may destroy brhaspati's good results.So one should be cautius.
