I think it would be better if somone more experienced and more knowledgeable would take over the responsibility of the discussion. As for the discussion, let me at least start it. Here are the relative. It would help if other would add to the list. If any one has a question or suggestion please, do it. Discussion can help us to learn. Relation : Sun : Father Moon : Mother Mars : Brother (sisters also?)(Younger / Elder - only one or both??) Mercury : ?? Jupiter : Guru Venus : Wife Saturn : Servant, Maternal Uncles (Maternal aunts?), Labour Rahu : ?? Ketu : Children Sun : Wheat Moon : Rice Mars : Masoor Dal Mercury : Moong Dal Jupiter : Chana dal (whole or its flour?) Venus : Camphor, Rice (?? - basmati) Saturn : Black Ulad Dal. Rahu : Black or dark blue? Ketu : 2 coloured items. It would also help if someone can keep adding the name of the item in different language or region. Also, we need similar details for items around the world, locations, animals, numbers, colours, plants and trees. Also, we need to work out about these if 2 planets are together. For example, Sun-Ketu : Tamarind (Imli) It makes sense here. Brown is a colour attributed to Sun. Ketu is said to be sharp in sense. So tamarind is sharp in taste, it is 2 colour and has brown colour. Jupiter-Ketu : Lime (Neembu). It makes sense here. Jupiter is yellow colour. The same as above. What do you'll think? Take care, Dinesh. Mail - PC Magazine Editors' Choice 2005
Guest guest
Dear Dinesh Ji The relationship you have mentioned is a mixture of Vedic and Lalkitab. As we are discussing LalKitab, my suggestion is to keep our focus on the topic. The 12 house, as we do progress in our discussions, will clarify all the relationship, matters represented by the houses as well as the planets. It is better that we keep ourselves to the determined course of studies. For example we have just discussed few line of the first house and we came accross to many items. In my opinion, if a person does not know- what a specific house signifies, we will keep ourselves to the unfruitful discussions. As you have given the items signified by the planets e.g. Sun-Wheat, moon-Mother etc.the question arises In which house the sun or moon signify these items. A person who like me who is just started learning from scratch cannot tell this answer. Let us start discussion on the next few lines. best regards Nirmal PS.... most of the significations yuu have given are wrong, so please read the Lalkitab and correct it. , DT <dinthak> wrote: > Namaskar Bhardwej ji, > > > Very good idea.
