Any planet in Khana 1. is treated as King. Seventh is treated as the house of Vazir (Maha Mantri). Many planets in Seventh means – The King is with Many Vajirs. If we remember that planet in Khana No.1 is considered as 100% aspect wala Khana which and its effect in the planet in 7th is as Budh Ki Milawat. So the King in first house has Vazirs which will act as per the nature of the throne and will assist the Planet in first. BAAKI GRAH SAB JAGHDA KARTE, UMAR SE BHI KUCHH MARTE HAIN Now teva Ulat gaya means if too many planets in 1st house and one planet in 7th means (Ek vazir bahut se Rajao Ka). The planet in 7th suffer too much. The signification of the seventh will suffer too much. but here is exception The planet which are exalted, debilitated in the house 1st and 7th and the owners of the khanas i.e. land ( Mars for 1st and Venus for 7th ), if are amongst the planets in the 1st house , they will not fight , rest all other planets in this house will fight for supremacy and with the result the planet in the 7th will loose its significations and even loose permanently Example: Ju, Me, Ra,Mo Ke In above case The Ketu will be sufferer as all the planets in 1st will give dissastrous effects on Ketu and will not allow the male child (Ketu Signification) to survive. till the age of Budh i.e. 35 years. Chances of survival of only on male child is possible after 35 years to 48. Now here if by chance another male child survived to the native, then the Girl Child ( Budh) will be destroyed, or she will be homeless, or will suffer. Now the question arises why the significations of Ketu upto age of 35 and then the girl child after 35 in case second male child survive. But why the effect is on the girl child (Budh) in case of 2nd male child survival. is not clear. The ministers in the 7th carry out the orders of the king in 1st. If there are more planets in the seventh house than the first house (and there are more than one in the first house) then the royal throne is damaged. If there are more kings than ministers, it will weigh heavily and destroy the planets in the 7th. If there is more than one king with multiple ministers, this creates the doubtful effect on royal affairs. However, Mars and Venus are the exceptions if they conjoin. Of course, the actual planets in these houses is also an important consideration in terms of beneficial or negative effects. Think of this comparison. If there is one Prime Minister with a cabinet of several ministers, he is very strong. If there are two or three prime ministers with one minister, the minister cannot do his duties efficiently or effectively. What if Khana No. 1 is completely empty and there are 4 grahas in the 7th house? Are these vagirs with the king or the king himself becomes the vagir?
