farman 4 - 6 : A querry

Respected Gurujan,

 

While talking about the 'janma ka waqt', the author has assigned

various parts of the day and night to various planets. The time slot

of 3pm to 4pm has been left out.I checked the original book too and

it has been left out in that too.

 

Which planet could this time might belong to?

 

ps: In the context of the above Goswami & Vashishtha have made yet

another mistake, it appears. In the table Different Times / Days of

Planets on page 69 they mention mercury [ positive ] and mercury [

negative ] along with Mars [+ ] and mars [ - ].

 

Could some one please throw light on these two ?
