Gems & haldi ganth

I have read in your file section about gems. You have mentioned that

one should wear gem which relates to the planet benefic to the kundali.

For example, if someone is piscean the relating planet is Jupiter so

Yellow Sapphire is appropriate for that star sign, am I right?

 

And another thing you have mentioned in the file section that for

jupiter keeping haldi ganth is effective twice than wear an expensive

Yellow Sapphire gem. Could you please tell me what is haldi ganth and

where I can get it from and where shall I keep it and do we have to

energise before keeping haldi ganth like gems or we can keep it without

energising it. How many haldi ganth one should keep? And last thing is

it very effective?
