Guest guest Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 priyajhee, my detals r tob:12-50 noon dob:3 nov 1973 pob: pune city rigght now i am in hybd working in a bpo since one year earlier i was into sales and marketing of lv switchgears in pine my birthplace i had to shift cities due to teh ..arrogant and " ziddi " nature of my wife. at work i find taht people who do not fioend any suitabel job elsewere coemm here teh filth of society gets filtered here may be anywasy i am married i feel tahat ppl at work are taking me for granted ...load him with extra work seems to b teh aattitude ...(since he is married and has responsobiklities he will not quit) attrition is soemthing very ntegral to this industry and teh concerned dept heads are held responsible for attrition. teh college crowd which is not serious about their carreres and hav coem for tiem pass or to hav a good time threateb teh supervisor/managers withh attrition...result tehy are given less work ..pll who work honestly are given more work so taht teh net average is met. i cannot carry on like thios anymoer....does one hav to pay a price like thois for being married?and having respeonsibilitoies.. o wasnt to quit ..i wil drive taxi..rickshaw but cannot imagin being a slave to soemone ..jsut because u r honest..please sugget shud i go bak to pube..to my earlier field of marketing in electrical items my wifes detail ,,because of whon i had to shift cities dob>13 oct 1979 pob: hybd city tob:11-59 just before noon regards , chirag Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
