Dear Respected Priya,

Namaskar and thank you for your continued generous

service to us all.

First I would like to report that the rheumatism upaya

continues to be helpful. The pain has significantly

decreased.

I will be travelling soon and continuing some of the

ongoing upaya I have been doing will be difficult, if

not impossible. I remember reading to put some rice

in milk before leaving, then after returning home

immerse the rice and milk into a river or ocean. Do I

have this right?

My question is, since I am doing several upaya at once

that I would like to temporarily discontinue, do I

create several rice with milk mixtures or simply one?

Thank you again for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

[ 1 ] Yes, if there is going to be a break in the upaya, then keep a

few grains of rice after rinsing them in milk.

[ 2 ] You need not keep rice for each of the upaya. Keeping it once

is good enough for all the upaya.

Sincerely,

Priya
