Wear it on any Monday of the bright half of the month { shukla paksha} after worshiping Lord Shiv. [ 2 ] Apply haldi tilak just above his navel [ naabhi ] every day. [ 3 ] Keep in his room a little rain water or ganga jal with a small square piece of silver dipped in the water. You can use a brass bowl for it.
