job problem

Dear Priya ji,

 

As I told you earlier that I have joined this new Bangalore based

export house into Silks and made-ups

 

My next boss is interferring a lot in my works and have

a super command on the owner,he keeps on making contacts with my

buyers and now it is limit.I am afraid that he wants to throw me out

of the office for he is feeling a sense of insecurity.

 

Please suggest me some upayays to get rid of this mental tension.
