[ 1 ] The house or the office space that you buy should not be

facing south.

[ 2 ] Both in the house as well as in the shop make a dog go around

before shifting to stay there.

[ 3 ] No specific colour is required for the cupboard where the

dibbi is kept. The direction is alright.

is almost at the west side of my flat. Two feet above west towards

North west. Northwest is at least 12 feet away from the outer edge

of cupboard.
