Negative energies

Respected Sir,

 

You are much learned in aspects related to technical, spiritual as well

as astrology.

 

I am sure you must be knowing some remedy for removing negativities

around us.

 

Can you please suggest some simple remedy to remove negative energies

around us which we can do on a regular basis? Something which I can

start at the beginning of the day and also may be in the office.

 

I apologize if this is out of your scope.
