Guest guest
Dear Helen, Yes Durga sapt shati is a hymn for Ma Durga. Your experience indicates that you might have been associted with the worship of Ma Durga in your previous birth. It is just a menifestation of your past Karma. I am so happy that you find yourself so attracted to Goddess Durga. Even otherwise your Ishta devta is Lord Shiv & Goddess Parvati. Ma Durga is yet another menifestation of Goddess Parvati in her Shakti form. As for the pronounciation of the mantra you might have to seek help from some one who knows Hindi. Sincerely, Priya , " helenkhaj " <helenkhaj wrote: > > Dear Mr. Priya, > > I like share my experience with you if it is incorrect please let me > know. Guest guest
Dear Helen, [ 1 ] You need not do any thing specific there. Just say your prayers and seek her blessings. [ 2 ] Yes the pundit at te temple should be able to read Hindi and as a priest of Goddess Durga should be able to tell you the correct pronunciation also. Sincerely, Priya , Helen Khajekian <helenkhaj wrote: > > Dear Mr. Priya, > > Thank you very much for your explanation.
