I have been sincerly trying for the job change for last 3 months. I have applied in almost 100 openings but in vain. Q1 Only 25 days are left and I do not have anything even in pipeline so shall I still keep the finger crossed or shall I consolidate this change of job at my end? Q2 In case job change does not happen before the stipulated time, is there any possibility in recent future? Your precious advice will help me a lot.
