Question for my brother varsh phal upaya

Dear Mr. Priya, Upaya for his 53rd year. 1- What is altnative for this upaya? He can not use gold chain bother him. Can he use silver metal instead of gold? 4- In which direction he keep a little honey in a small silver box in his room. Upaya for getting a job: 3- The temple is not his town.
