Lunar Eclipse

Dear Priyaji,

1. Hope this finds you in the best of health. I did the lunar eclipse

upaya for moon + rahu in 4H in March. I intend doing the same again.

My query: Is the eclipse in India on 28.8 or 29.8.

 

2. My son is 10 years old and has sun + rahu in Lagan. Can he start the

solar eclipse upaya? This would have to be done on the same day as the

eclipse ie. 11.9.08. And I presume it would be better if he does this

for the rest of his life.
