Dear Ashok,

 

[ 1 ] For obstacles in promotion pray to Lord Ganesh and he will

clear all the 'vighna'obstacles. Also pray to Lord Hanuman who is

the lord of your profession.

 

[ 2 ] The Jupiter dasha should be good for you. It will inculcate

spiritual thoughts in you. Therefore there is nothing to get scared

about this dasha. In the beginning part of the dasha take care of
