Dear Dionisis,

 

Yes I consider it a bad omen if a mistake is made while casting a

horoscope. There are no bad effects on me if a mistake is made by the

querist; and hence no need for any upaya. But if the mistake is made

by me then I seek forgiveness from my Ishta devta and pray to him.
