Please advise some upayas in such a way that my health and mental problems can be minimised. I would request you once again to kindly help me: 1. My health is not ok. in terms of gynic problems which is severe. I am taking medicines also. But not much help i am getting. 2. I have ENT [ Ear nose & Throat ] problems, which again after medicinal help, not getting much help. Is this possible for you to help me / advise me some remedies which is helpful for recovery !! Please reply and suggest some upayas for this.
