The upaya that I suggest need a certain amount of motivation, commitment and a firm desire to do them. You might ask the upaya and the person concerned may not be interested in doing them, then my time and energy is wasted. Why would you like to get my time wasted? Three ascendants change during the time you have provided. Therefore in the absence of an ascendant no upaya can be suggested.
