Guest guest
Dear radhakrishnan ji, The banayan tree is known as bargad. Ashok tree and the banayan tree are known as different trees even in the north. Ashok tree is very common in the north. You could ask some one from the north to send a piece of its root to you. Sincerely, Priya -- In , " radhakrishnan_i " <radhakrishnan_i wrote: > > Pranam Guruji, > In the north the Banyan tree is referred to as Ashoka tree I am told.In > the south an Ashoka tree is similar but the availability of the same is > very rare.Which root should i advise my daughter to keep it in the Puja > sthan. > Please advise. > radhakrishnan.s >
