Different softwares on KP astrology show different planetary positions due to the different ephemeris used by them.2. Similarly there are differences in Longitude and Latitude positions of places in different Atlases and in different web sites. This is another cause for differences in Ascendant position in different s/ws on KP astrology. 3. Reg., ayanamsa, of course, KP astrologers invariably use KP ayanamsa only. Again here also Old and New KP ayanamsas cause differences.In stead of satisfying ourselves by saying the above differences may be small and hence may be ignored, it is better to use some standard in the above cases.I request the learned members may kindly clarify on the above.KP NaiduK.
