Guest guest
In KP Reader III, there is an example sited by KSK where the significators for marriage have been identified considering the 2,7,11 th house from the moon sign.He stated that since moon sign stronger in that particular chart. (page139;7th edition 1995) This method is not being used widely by present day KP stalwarts. Is it it just an exception or this method can be used to all practical cases? Comments from learned members please. Regards Suprakash
Guest guest
Dear Suprakash ji, 1. KP Reader III, Old Edition page 85/ New Edition pages 243-4 under " Disposal of a House " A building is indicated by the 4th house counted from Lagna. Always count from the Lagna. Never consider Moon sign is strong or Langa is strong. In the research after 1967 it was found that we have to take always the Lagna alone. We should never Judge which is stronger whether moon sign or Lagna. The main reason is that in a twin birth, only the cusps of the house including ascedent change whereas Moon is in the same position. What we had been following in K.P. printed in 1966*, is to be given up. (* It means the " KP in 2 volumes " first published on 17-01-1966. tw) 2. The qouted example is not found on the mentioned page of KP Reader III of New Editon. Pl check it and let me know also 'under which section'. Guest guest
Dear TWji The example is in the chapter TIME OF MARRIAGE (K.P.). under the line : '....he following girl got married at the age of 12,her birth was on 29-06-1926 at 19 G 45 V.....' Guest guest
Dear S.Ghosh The matter is now reproduced on Page 300 onwards in the latest edition. Thenexample chart is on page 303. The matter of "is marriage promised or not" , is discussed from page 301. the OPENING sentence is .: Marriage is celebrated in youth or in proper age if (according to Hindu system) a) Moon and Venus...... So it is clear that the writer is discussing the Hindu System, and NOT KP. In the whole of the article, there is no mention of "SUB", which is the hall mark of K.P. At best it is Standard Vedic method, with modification by the STAR lords. The last sentence on page 308, "To select the few strongest and to eliminate the rest, Prof.K.S.K. suggests...." The underlined words will imply that the author is some one else other than Prof K.S.K.. This is the problem with the K.P. Readers. One cannot clearly make out the K.P.Rules. One is advised to ignore this ref to Moon/Lagna being the stroner etc. and stick to KP which is all houses from Lagna ONLY, and the importance of Sub Lord should be considered. Good Luck "S.Ghosh" <suprakash.ghosh wrote: Dear TWjiThe example is in the chapter TIME OF MARRIAGE (K.P.). under the line: '....he following girl got married at the age of 12,her birth was on29-06-1926 at 19 G 45 V.....'RegardsSuprakash , "tw853" <tw853 wrote:>> Dear Suprakash ji,> > 1. Guest guest
In KP Original 2 Volumes, printed in 1966, 2nd Vol. , page 82, "It was instructed to ascertain if the lagna or moon is stronger and the stronger one is to be taken as the first house and then alone, one is to examine the horoscope for various matters." should be given up as mentioned by Guruji KSK in KP Reader III. , "tw853" <tw853 wrote:>> Dear Suprakash Ghosh ji,> > This method applied for that example in KP Reader III, Old Edition > Part 2, page 139 (as correctly mentioned earlier)/ New Edition, page > 303, should be given up as mentioned by Guruji KSK.> > Regards,> > tw > > > , "S.Ghosh" suprakash.ghosh@ > wrote:> >> > Dear TWji> > > > The example is in the chapter TIME OF MARRIAGE (K.P.). under the > line> > : '....he following girl got married at the age of 12,her birth > was on> > 29-06-1926 at 19 G 45 V.....'> > > > Regards> > > > Suprakash> > > > , "tw853" <tw853@> wrote:> > >> > > Dear Suprakash ji,> > > > > > 1.
