Finding time for lending and borrowing?

Which are the bhavas to be considered for find the time

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hi Friends,

 

I am a business man, So often I have to give credits to the

customers. Mostly it is difficult to get the lended money back in

said time and many a time it is not at all got returned. So friends

please advise me, before lending money, what bavas should I consider,

so that the lended money will get returned in the said time. Should I

guess number 1 - 249 for finding the prasana lagna or is it enough to

find the lagna at the moment of lending?. Also which are the bhavas

should I considered while calling, through the phone, the persons to

whom I had lended money, so that they will tell the correct date and

time they could return the money back. Please also tell which bavas

should I consider while borrowing the money so that I could return

the same in the said period without any problem.
