Query reg. Horary

Dear Sirs,

 

I would like to know that if a person has all the birth details with

him but the astrologer works on the horary chart to answer the query

then the timing of the event is calculated looking at the Vimshottari

dasha from the Birth Chart of the person or from the Horary chart.
