I,II,III,VI,X,XI are known as improving houses and the generally offer desirable results...while houses IV,V,VII,VIII & XII are called non-improving houses,and they generally offer one undesireable results to the native... While judging a Chart one should keep a track in mind,of the Badhaka/Maraka houses/their lords etc...
