4. OBSERVATION

 

1) Me & Sa are capable of marriage by clearly signifying marriage

houses, 2,7,11 & 5,8.

 

2) Antara lord can also give marriage by Su Asp 7 according to the 4

Step Book, but not as per what Shri Raichur is saying in this regard.

 

3) Transit agreed with the DBA. Me was transiting in own star of Me,

Sa in the sub of Ju and Ve in the star of Su, which signify marriage

houses in the first two steps and were not in retrograde.
