An urgent quesry for Lajmi ji: Please analyse and oblige

Respected shri Lajmi ji, Saadar namaskaar, I am very disturbed these days because of a "possible" legal case (copyright infringement-related) in which my name could be involved. A dear one of mine has been served with a court notice already and there is a possibility that i may be involved in this court case at a later date. I would very humbly request you to kindly analuze my chart: ToB: 5.00 PM DoB: 08 Jun 1974 PoB: Delhi Kindly do tell me if there is a possibility of my getting involved inthis case or another case that may stem from this case. If yes, please suggest some remedies. At present, my name is not there in the court summon andthe first hearing is on 06 November 2007 in Delhi. Please help me out
