As per time given by learned member 12;0;0AM/NOON, 12th sub lord becomes sat which is not connected with 12th house but imprisonment is fact so it becomes basis for correction of TOB . Ashwinbhai,Thanks for posting the correct data in group.I had taken 4pm as time of birth when I predicted his imprisonment (on the day of judgment) however, this accuracy of time has boosted the moral.As per his Solar Return Chart, Rahu falls in the 12th house, which is creating Bandhan Yoga, directly pointing to imprisonment. Rahu in Aquarius is at 14:35:48 and 12th house middle point (Sripati System - Chalit Chart) is at 14:04:23.In Chalit and Cusp charts Rahu maintains it's position in the 12th house.The only factor in his favour seems to me at present is Solar Return Navmansha is Scorpio which is his Natal Ascendant.Thanks and Regards,Bhavesh N.
