Problem in the Purchase of Property

Respected Sirs

 

I am a resident of Bangalore employed in Muscat. I had paid advance

of Rs 4.00 lacs for the purchase of a flat of a well known builder.

The loan from the bank has got delayed due to cumbersome internal

procedures of the bank and this has lead to the builder threatening

to cancel the agreement and is demanding the differential price on

the property.

 

Will this problem me resolved and I will not be able to afford the

amount demanded by them.What should be done under the current

circumstances?
