Respected Gurujis.. My Brother is highly qualified, good looking, well-cultured guy. we are looking for a good match for her. But after trying very hard his marriage is unable to get fixed. He has completed his 33. we are really too much worried for him.. can anybody tell us when he will get married and what is the reason for delays.. Here I have a question to ask? professional may kindly oblige.

Probably posting is from Sister of a native.Birth data is given That relates to her Brother.

She has given Number also,that has come from Native.So question is not asked By native although it technically belongs to him.

The question is unaddressed or let us say , is addressed to a group of astrologer and readers alike.

If someone takes up the case to work out,

What will be Correct steps.

Let me re-expand the question.

Say astrologer cast a chart at some moment of time taking number coming From person intending marriage.

Remember He has not asked any question.From chart will 7CSL analysis give resuts about marriage timing?

Please educate as primary condition is not met.

Question is unspoken( mook) "prasna arudh" as we call ASC inKP is First house Vii will be house of marriage ( prasna bhava ) Where is querrent ?Which house is to represents His Sister?,If it is III for she is younger and XI if elder , Than how to varify that said horary chart represents Subject matter of querry.

Alternatively shall chart be rotated by III or XI as the case may be?
