dear kanak ji, regards. daughter born on 14-02-2004 , 19:20hrs , lucknow(up). father of the child is going to appear for 2008 IAS examination..result of which will be out in may 2009. whether he will be successful? plz provide your expert opinion. thnx in either of the case.
