Guest guest
Dear Dionisis, [ 1 ] Since there isn't enough time left for the upaya, you could pray to your Ishta Devta instead as an alternative. [ 2 ] Offering milk is a very good upaya. I would not advise you to skip that. [ 3 ] As I had told you earlier that white silk cloth can be used in place of a silver box. Guest guest
Dear Priyaji, Thanks for your blessings and kind advice! Please, further clarify: [a]Could I use cotton instead of silk for the Moon upaya?Could you kindly clarify the logic of the upaya for exam:eat something sweet, drink some water and and offer some milk? As far as I understand it, the first part strengthens the Sun and the second brings Moon under the Shelter of God,right? But can two planets be appeased on the same day/same upaya? Also, moving the Moon to the temple (2nd house) requires a "path" from the Moon to second house,so can it be done by all? [c] About the Varshphal upayas you suggested:I have not yet done the burying of onions. Recetly I read in the discussion group that burying is only rarely used and throwing into water should be used generally. Without wanting to disrespect your advice, could I throw the onions into water instead of burying them?Regards, Dionisis From: Date: Thu, 21 Jun 2007 15:18:00 +0000Re: Exams >>>> Dionisis Dear Dionisis,[ 1 ] Since there isn't enough time left for the upaya, you could pray to your Ishta Devta instead as an alternative.[ 2 ] Offering milk is a very good upaya. Guest guest
Dear dionisis, [ a ] No. Cotton is venus. [ b ] Sun is strengthened by mars { sweet} and water{moon}. Offering milk {moon} at a temple is sending it in the shelter of God. Moon is karak of learning. In this case no path is necessary. [ c ] Burying onion in this case is not destroying it for the year. With Ketu in the 6th, burying onion is strengthening it through the help from outside.
