Guidance requested for my younger brother

Respected Pt.BhooshanPriya Ji,Namashkar.I have younger brother, whose situation I would request you to analyze and suggest us remedies:Birth details: October 6 // 1989(year)// Delhi (place)// Time: 7:54 amCurrent period: Venus/Mars(combust)* He appeared for class 12th exam and engineering entrance exam this year. For two years, he did seem serious and ambitious. But, his results are quite bad. He will get admission in some engg college, but an average one.* He has a tendency to show-off. He does not seem to have value of money. My father and we two elder sisters are well-edcuated. But, there does not seem any guarantee that he will keep up my father's respect in society. Till now, he has not shown anything promising to our family. If he joins a hostel, my mother worries that he will have bad company and might fall for addiction of alcohol. Kindly suggest remedies that can help him get admission in college, make him serious in life and more respectful towards my father.Yours sincerely,Preeti
