Establishing planet

Respected Priya Ji,

 

At times it is seen that some astrologers ask native to perform under

mentioned things. They could be

 

1) Put square silver piece in silver container with lid filled with

Ganga Jal/ rain water.

 

2) Hang in drawing room bhraspati ki potli.etc

 

By this I understand that they are trying to establish particular

planet in native's house. Does this turns malefic planet to behave

benefic till the time planet is established in the house? OR something

else? Could you please let me know why it is done?
