Respected Sir,

 

I would like to have your guidance in removing the problems which i'm

facing in my profession regarding the follwing points:

 

1)I'm into property management job after immigrating to Canada in the

year 2004. I work very hard but i'm not getting the desired

promotion/pay rise and expected result in comparision to others.

 

2)How can I improve my prospects.
