Go to the files and read the rules of doing the remedies before you do the upaya suggested by me. For job stability and promotion : [ 1 ] Offer at any temple 9 mushrooms kept in an earthen pot, once. [ 2 ] Offer water to the Sun God every day . Add a little milk and sugar to the water before offering. [ 3 ] Bring home in a brass container some water from a river. Every day for 43 days regularly drop a round piece of copper into this container. On the 43rd day after dropping the piece, immerse the container along with the water and the copper pieces into the river. [ 4 ] Insert a small square piece of silver { 1 cm X 1 cm } in a neem tree trunk each day for 9 days regularly. It is simple to do, punch a hole in the neem tree trunk with a screw driver and insert the silver piece into it. Gently hammer the opening, with the handle of the screw driver , so that the hole is closed. Since I do not read future, I wouldn't comment on the future prospects. If there are obstacles, then normally the effects are perceptible within a month and a half { 43 days } after the upaya have been completed. If there are no obsatcles and what you are going through is a part of your destiny, then there will be no perceptible change. Now coming to your queries : [ 1 ] You can offer the mushrooms in any temple convenient to you. Yes the mushrooms have to be offered along with the pot. [ 2 ] As an alternative you can keep a little honey in a silver dibbi with 9 small pieces of silver immersed in the honey. Elaborating on the remedies : When you say obstacles/ hurdles in your professional growth, one has to study the 9th { destiny} and the 10th { profession} houses and the malefic impact on them and suggest remedies to eliminate or nullify the malefic effect on these two houses. Remedy # 1 : Offering mushrooms was for mercury placed in the 9th under the aspect of Rahu. Mercury here becomes " thookne wala kodhi " a spitting leper; the leper spitting on your destiny. Although the best remedy for it is to get the left nostril pierced and wear a silver wire in the nose for 5 days. But I had to give you an alternative remedy, not as effective though, because men feel it very embarassing to get the nose pierced. Mercury is your 10th lord placed in the 9th and hence becomes a crucial planet to be taken care of. Remedy #2 Is for your 9th lord Sun placed in the 10th. Once again both the houses involved. Therefore the 9th lord has to be kept appeased by offering arghya to it.Milk { moon } and sugar { mars } are added to strengthen the sun through its friends. Thus we not only appease the sun we are strengthening it also. Remedy #3 This remedy again is for sun who is badly placed in the 10th house with saturn and in the house owned by Saturn in the kalpurush kundali { cardinal kundali}. By this remedy we send the sun to join jupiter and moon, its friends in the 4th. In the 4th the sun will be comfortable and effective. remedy #4 This is for venus. In the 9th house Venus gets most malefic and is said to be like mangal bud { opposite of nek}, as the 6th and 11th lord even otherwise it is malefic.
