Dear Respected Priya,

Welcome back. I hope that your journeys were

fulfilling.

I write to report the results of the first upaya you

suggested. I passed the examination and now hold the

license needed to recommence my profession. Thank you

for all of your help. To me it is obvious that the

upaya were helpful.

Today I am beginning my new business. Can you

recommend any further upaya for this new venture? I

am interested in the service I offer to be available

to those who could benefit from it most. I am also

interested in my health being strong for this

business, so continue the upaya you recommended for

health.

Any recommendations, or do you need me to be more

precise in my request.

Again, if you need it, I repeat my dob is 2 April

1963; Wheat Ridge, Colorado, USA, near Denver,

Colorado at the time of 14.42.

with deep gratitude,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

What business are you going to begin? The upaya will depend on the

nature of business.

Dear Priya,

I am beginning a hands-on therapy business. It is a

type of physical therapy/massage, where I work with

those who have been injured in accident, have

emotional trauma or heath issues. I would especially

like to work with children and babies. In the past

when I lived elsewhere I worked with babies who had

had difficult births. This is where I particularly

like to offer my skills and services.

My request is upaya to begin the business, for it to

support me financially. But honestly, the most

important is that the business be healthy and clean

for all. In the past this work was rewarding, but at

times draining. I pray for the benefits to all be

strongest. And the difficulties around sometimes

working with difficult people be minimized.

Does this help, Priyaji. If not I will clarify and be

more simple in my request.

Sincerely,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

The planet mercury which represents business is very badly placed in

your horoscope. Therefore you should :

[ 1 ] Offer at any temple 9 mushrooms kept in an earthen pot , once.

[ 2 ] Get your right nostril pierced and wear a silver wire or

silver stud in it for at least 43 days. You might keep on wearing it

longer if you so desire.

[ 3 ] Feed millets to birds as often as you can

[ 4 ] Recite the stotra for Venus as often as you can every day. Get

the text and the audio from the files. You have to save the stotra

in any file first in order to listen to it. It would not open with a

double click.

[ 5 ] Do not have green curtains, broad leaf green plants, dry

flowers, sea shells, masks , green bottles etc at the place of

business, and in your home.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Priya,

I was doing an upaya you recommended and today forgot

to do it. It was for pain by immersing barley into a

lake/river/ocean and keeping it under the head end of

my bed each night. I did not remove the barley today.

I had been doing the remedy for 15 days, you

suggested at least 13. Some relief of pain has

occurred, yet I do still have pain even though it is

less and not as severe. Do you recommend I recommence

the upaya? What about the barley I left under the

bed?

I can also report that the upaya for worry and fear

are working. I sleep deeper most nights and find

myself with less worry overall.

Thank you as always for your feedback.

Sincerely,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

I am happy that the upaya have been effective.

[ 1 ] Since you have already completed 13 days of upaya, you need

not re-start it all over again.

[ 2 ] Yes you can continue immersing the barley if it is being

effective. Although it may not be a part of the original upaya.

[ 3 ] The barley you forgot to immerse, you can immerse it the next

day.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Priya,

Thank you as always for your response.

1) In (2) below, you say the I can continue immersing

the barley...although I may not be a part of the

original upaya. Do you mean because I have completed

the 13 days and now have a gap this is not part of the

new upaya?

2) Is it better to begin another upaya for pain

instead? As I mentioned it is less intense, but still

there is pain. Like last night, for instance, the

headache was so strong I could not easily sleep at

first and this morning the headache remains, even

though it is not quite as strong. The pain at times

has made mental function a challenge.

3) I also see that trusting the upaya have been

effective, which they have, and moving on is also a

possibility. Trusting the pain may continue to

subside.

Thank you as always.

Sincerely,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

[ 1 ] Since you have already completed the upaya for 13days, you

could continue with the upaya for as many days as you feel

necessary.

[ 2 ] If you like you can do the following upaya for pain :

At the time of Sun rise take a piece of Gur{ jaggery } and go

to Chauraha(Cross road). Stand in the South Direction of the cross

roads. Bite the Gur with your teeth into two parts. Throw both the

pieces of Gur on to the Chauraha and come back. The upaya should

start on a Tuesday and should be continued for 4-5 days regularly.

Make sure that you do not speak to any one from the time you leave

your house for the upaya and till you come back home. No body should

call you either { koi aap ko toke bhi nahi }

Sincerely,

Priya

Respected Sir,

Thank you as always for your reponse and

clarification. I will do the upaya you recommend for

pain, as this continues to be a priority in my life.

I believe jaggary is an Indian raw sugar, am I

correct? This may be difficult to find. Would other

sugar be acceptable. There is a variety of raw sugar

in rather small granules. If this would not work,

then I perhaps Su in England could possibly acquire

the jaggary for me.

I reported that sleep had improved since I put anise

seed in a dull red cloth in my bedroom. I also

offered the chana dal in a copper vessel one time to a

temple. Sleep has improved as has worry and fear,

however, sleep could still be better. Any further

recommendations.

Thank you for recommendations regarding Mercury and

business. This is less of a priority to me than sleep

and pain.

Regards,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

Yes, jaggery is raw indian sugarcane product. May be some indian

store might arrange it for you. In the meanwhile, for pain, you

could eat a little honey first thing in the morning, this is an

upaya and not a medicine.

For sleep:

While going to bed for the night keep a little water, in any

container, at your bed side towards the head. In the morning throw

this water into a flower pot etc, do not drink this water. This sure

will make your sleep better.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Priya,

My apologies for so many messages. Questions keep

arising for clarification. Also in regards to using

honey, do I also begin this on a Tuesday, be in

silence, have no one call to me?

I will see if I can obtain jaggery from one of the

local Ayurvedic practitioners. Otherwise, I will have

to mail order the jaggery, which is fine, it just may

take longer.

Sincerely,

Jivani

Dear Jivani,

You can begin it on any day. You need not bother about the 'silence'

part for this upaya. Do it as a normal daily routine.

Sincerely,

Priya
