As, I've told you in my previous mails that I"ve not recieved good appraisal from my organization despite of working hard and having outstanding feedback from the client. I"ve taken up the issue with the human resource department. They are in the process of re-evaluationg the decision. Can you please guide me if there is an upaya that can help me win in this situation? I'm going to have both personal and telephonic meeing with my superiors. I've also sent them the appreciation mails sent by client to them. If there is anything I can do to make things favourable for me. Thanks for your kind anticipation.
