For your health I am suggesting a few upaya which might help : [ 1 ] gift at any temple a ripe yellow pumpkin { paka hua peela kaddoo } once a month on a Wednesday. [ 2 ] Get a few meethi roti { sweet roti } baked in a tandoor { and not on an iron tawa }. Use Gur { jaggery } to make the roti 'meethi'. Feed these rotis to dogs and cows on an Amavasya day. It would be better if you can find black dogs and black cows.
