Dear Mahesh,

 

There is no specific upaya to make your boss fulfill his promises.

However:

[ a ] recite the stotra for Jupiter as many times a day as you can.

[ b ] Recite the stotra for Saturn as many times as you can.

I hope these two upaya might be able to help you in you profession

and your well being there.

As for your other queries, since they are related to future, I may

not be able to comment.
