Dear Jivani,

 

[ 1 ] Yes, you can use the pen. Since you have two thursdays before

the examinations, you could do the upaya for those two days only.

[ 2 ] Haldi ganth is the whole turmeric tuber. Normally we get

turmeric in the powder form. But for the upaya you need whole

turmeric.

Besan laddo is an Indian sweet normally offered at temples, it is

slightly yellow in colour. Ask some Indian friend to explain this to

you. If you live around Bradford, go to " Ambala Sweets " they will

tell you what it is.

I thank you again for your assistance. I write today

with questions to again clarify the upaya. Also,

perhaps for more upaya, if you recommend that.

 

1) Can you make any recommendations to be free of

heavy family ties. When I am in meditation sometimes

I feel my deceased father (death cause was suicide).

My experience of his energy is pain in my body or

heaviness. (again, my birth date is 2 April 1963;

time is 14.42; location is Wheat Ridge, Colorado near

Denver, USA)

 

2) Upaya question: for the health upaya you

recommend. What do you mean by a ripe yellow pumpkin?

Pumpkins I know are always orange. Perhaps you refer

to what we, in my country (USA) call squash? I was in

the market and can find squash that is yellow inside

but green and orange on the outside. Please advise.

 

3) Also for health upaya: Do I immerse the barley into

river/lake/sea immediately upon waking or would it be

acceptable to meditate, do yoga, eat breakfast, and

bathe first?

 

4) Lastly, for worries and fear upaya: Should the

chana dal be cooked or raw? The copper container I

found at the market is very very small and would hold

perhaps 4 pulses raw only. Is this ok?

Dear Priyaji,

 

I hope I do not try your patience with all of my

questions.

 

Regarding the barley to place under my bed. Does it

matter what I put it on under the bed? And does it

matter what I put it in to take to water for

immersion? I assume immersion means to leave it in

the water each day.

 

Also regarding the saunf in the bedroom, can this be

placed anywhere?

Dear Pundit Bhooshanpriyaji,

 

Again I write. My apologies for writing so often.

Lal kitab is so new to me and I sincerely want to do

the upaya properly.

 

Does the type of halwa matter? I will be making it.

I would like to make it with rice. Would that be

acceptable for the upaya.

Dear Jivani,

 

You are always welcome to ask me as many questions as you want. I

feel happy when people ask me for clarifications. That shows they

are serious about the upaya.

[ 1 ] You can put the barley in any thing including a piece of

cloth. You can carry the barley to be immersed in any thing, it

doesn't matter. Yes, immersion means droping it in water.

[ 2 ] Yes the saunf can be placed any where in your room.

Dear Priyaji,

 

Thank you for your availability. My next question

regarding the upaya you suggest is this: today I

learned that I must take two wooden pencils in to take

the examination. I will not be using the ball pen as

you prescribed. Would the color of these pencils be

important?

Dear Priyaji,

 

Finally I have gathered everything to begin the upaya

you recommend. Now it is a very cloudy day. The most

important upaya, I feel to begin this week are ones

relating to my upcoming examination. Since it is

cloudy, I will not begin using the red pencil or

copper square in a silver chain. If tomorrow is less

cloudy I would like to begin one of those. Would it

then be too soon the next day, which is Thursday, to

immerse in a river the ganth and laddoos tied in a

yellow cloth?

 

You say it is best to give a few days between

beginning upaya. Would it then be too soon to begin

the next one on Saturday, giving a day in between?

There is not much time. When you say a day's gap, I

take that to mean start one upaya and then the next

day start the next one. Is that what you mean?

Dear Priya,

 

Thank you for your response of several days back.

 

I write today asking if there are upaya for reactions

to food. I have been noticing that each time I eat

coconut I get extreme tightness and a gripping pain in

my shoulders and neck. In the past I have had many

other reactions to foods, so I keep my diet rather

simple, knowing which foods are best to avoid. Maybe

this is not something upaya can help. If it is, I

will be grateful for your advice.

 

Overall, I do continue to have improved health and

less pain. This I acknowledge with gratitude to you.

Because of this it is easier to see what gives me

pain. And, yet, there is still great mystery in it

all. The pattern is once headaches subside,

shoulder/neck pain set in and vise versa.

 

Also, please Sir, can you see in my horoscope if I

have a planetary combination that shows carrying the

past karma's of ancestors? Or, even an evil spell?

My spiritual teacher who originally recommend Lal

Kitab has seen and worked with releasing heavy energy

of my father's. Maybe this is no longer a factor, but

I am interested in being free and clear in every

regard.

Dear Jivani,

 

There is a traditional folk remedy for food items that one could be

allergic to. Take the food item you are allergic to and move it from

head to toe 7 times and feed it to a dog. Do it for seven days ,

once a day. Then eat the food item yourself. See if you are still

allergic to it,then nothing can be done.

 

There are no indications of you carrying the past karma of your
