Loan of car - hurdles

Respected Sir,

 

My DOB details are as follows:

Uma CM

4th November 1971 , 9:30 am, Arni(Near Vellore, Tamilnadu)

Latitude: 12° 41' N Longitude:79° 17' E

 

I had applied for car loan and got it sanctioned. However during

disbursement they r asking to pay more money saying interst rates

have gone up, to which i didnt agree, as they clearly earlied had

informed that my EMI amt will not be changed even if interest rates go

high. So now , i have asked them to refund my down payment money and

cancel my loan. Why is this hurdle? Is this a hurdle or i have to wait

for the right time? Is there any upaya i can do, in case its a hurdle ?
