Professional Front Remedies

Respected Priyajee,

 

I am foreseeing a problems on my job front . I need

your help /guidance to sail through it.

 

As mentioned in one of my mails ,I changed my job as

well as city in mid Dec'06. When I joined this

organisation ,the next level seat was vacant and hence

I was directly reporting to the management lead.

One of the immediate peer group guy got promoted today

..Though am happy for him on personal front but I am

not able to trust him or look up to him as boss. I can

foresee many clashed in coming times due to different

style of workings .

I would highly appreciate if you could suggest me some

remedies to built good relations with him.

 

Please guide as you are aware of my personal problems

and now with unfounded professional issues..its too

much to handle.
